Description: This course will provide you with all the necessary tools to feel confident and prepared for delivery. We will discuss stages of labor, interventions, comfort measures, tools for your partner's involvement, and more. We will also practice labor positions and coping methods that can be implemented at any birth setting. In addition, we will dive into the theology of birth-- what it means to say that birth is "cursed," just how birth has changed since Eden, the hope encompassing birth, and how to implement gospel-centered measures in your birth preparation. You will walk away from this class confident, equipped, and experiencing a deeper relationship with Jesus!
