Short bio:

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Hospital-Based Birth Doula. I’m passionate about lifting clients up throughout their lives — especially navigating pregnancy and the postpartum period. I offer mobile in-home physical therapy appointments. With the flexibility to come to you during pregnancy and early postpartum. I specifically am a pelvic floor physical therapist- which addresses bladder, bowel, sexual function, pelvic pain, and related orthopedic conditions. I grew up thinking that these topics were taboo. My goal is to make sure my clients are listened to, respected, believed, and treated at a pace they are comfortable with.

Description of services offered:

- In-home and virtual physical therapy appointments

- Birth doula services including attending the birth, birth preparation, birth preference/planning, and childbirth education

Areas/hospitals served: I serve families within an hour radius of Charlotte currently at hospital births.

Trainings/Certifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy from Elon University; Certification for doula by PelvicPTDoulas
