Bio:

 I am a very caring and compassionate person and feel that I have the natural ability  to help mom/pregnant/person remain calm stressful situations, especially labor. To me my believe about Birth is that we are not here to suffer although there is some pain associated with birth I Pride myself in the fact, that I can help a pregnant person stay calm through the laboring process  and have the ability to be daddy‘s wing man as I like to call it for a father to be.  Also other  qualifications that you may find interesting for the process of choosing me as your Doula is that I am a yoga teacher and can help with some gentle stretching and hip openers that you would help for the Time of birth.

Also I am a certified Reflexologist and do presser points along the body especially you hands and feet, its a natural induction process that I have create and have saved  over 30 women )(I loss count)from using Pitocin which if you did not know Pitocin rushes labor very quickly and brings the contractions on very strong. Also breast-feeding consultant, postpartum anywhere from 2visits or more after labor for support. Most of all I love being the guild to helping empower yourself giving your the emotional and physical  support for your choices for you and your family especially your birth experience and of course sweet baby.  YOU CAN DO THIS so Have the support you need.

The second visit last two hours

Note the second visit is done towards the end
