Short bio: Hi! I'm Rachel, a birth and postpartum doula. I received my training through DONA International and after working as a nanny for over two years, specializing in long term childcare. It was during this time I decided to continue my journey by becoming a doula to assist families during one of the most exciting times of their lives.

In my free time you can find me at a local coffee shop or in my art studio. I also love yoga and hope to one day use it to teach prenatal and postpartum women to learn to love their new bodies.

Since starting doula work, my hope for our community has become much clearer. My hope is to use all my training, experience, and passion to help you throughout this new journey. With evidenced-based work and my heart connected to your experience, I will work hard to create a nurturing community I believe we all need in order to redefine our birth and postpartum period.
