Short bio: Hi there! I'm Lindsay, wife to an amazing husband and mom to two beautiful boys. We also have a fur baby, a Siberian Husky named Kobi.

After graduating college with a degree in Music Education, I married the love of my life and began a fulfilling career teaching music. Little did I know that just a few short years later, a new career path would make itself known. My pregnancies and births with each of my boys had their own role in propelling me into birth work. It was in this time of my life that Heart of Grace was born (no pun intended :). Now, each time I drive home from a consultation with a prospective client, a prenatal visit with a current client, or a beautiful birth, the same thought runs through my head... "I live for this."

It is an honor to serve families in the greater Charlotte area as they navigate the journey of pregnancy and parenthood. I come alongside them to help instill confidence, reduce fear, and unlock the inner strength they already have inside of them. I believe birth is a holy and sacred event, and I take no invitation into that space lightly. It is always awe-inspiring to witness such a miracle.

Description of services offered: Birth doula, Childbirth preparation classes (group and private), virtual doula services

Areas/hospitals served: I serve all hospitals and birth centers within a 50 mile radius of Kannapolis, NC. I will attend home births with a licensed midwife.
