Bradley Method® Childbirth classes online, 10 Week Series
Tuesday classes, Feb 10- April 14, 2026, 6-8:30 pm
Expectant couples who are having a hospital, freestanding birth center, or a home birth are welcome to take our online, interactive Zoom classes. The Bradley® childbirth classes are taught by a couple. Karen has had 9 unmedicated births using the techniques taught in the classes. Jeff gives the viewpoint of husband, coach, and father. These informative classes include active coach involvement, birth plan design, pregnancy nutrition (Brewer Diet), a labor rehearsal, games, comfort techniques, the stages of labor, preparing for the unpredictable, newborn care, discussions, and advocacy skills. https://birth-empowered.com/ or email born2birth@gmail.com
